Job summary

Reliable Solutions International OPC is seeking a Graphic Designer to create a wide range of visual assets for clients, organize and edit high‑resolution images, and prepare final artwork for professional printing in Iloilo, Philippines.

You will manage design assets, assemble layouts from client instructions, edit images, ensure print-ready files with correct bleed and color settings, and revise artwork based on feedback while keeping an organized asset library.

About the role

As a Graphic Designer, you will create a wide range of visual assets for our clients. You will be responsible for organizing and editing high-resolution images, combining design elements, and preparing final artwork for professional printing.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and manage high-resolution images, graphics, logos, and other design assets.
• Combine and arrange supplied images and design elements into cohesive layouts based on the client's instructions.
• Edit and enhance images as needed, including cropping, resizing, color adjustments, and background removal.
• Ensure image quality and resolution are suitable for the intended print size and output.
• Prepare final artwork according to printing requirements, including dimensions, bleed, margins, color settings, and file formats.
• Export high-resolution, print-ready files and maintain organized editable source files.
• Review completed artwork for alignment, image quality, consistency, and other errors before submission.
• Make revisions based on client feedback and coordinate artwork corrections when necessary.
• Maintain an organized library of design assets and completed artwork for future use.

About you

• At least Senior High School Graduate preferably Technical Professional - ICT Track.
• BS Fine Arts major in Advertising, Multimedia, or any related field.
• Having a VGD NC III TESDA Certification is an advantage.
• Proven experience in graphic design, image editing, or print production.
• Creative thinking ability and knows how to execute from scratch.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow design instructions accurately.
• Ability to organize multiple images and design assets into professional layouts.
• Good time management skills and the ability to meet agreed deadlines.
• Reliable, stable internet connection and electricity/power during working hours.
• Ability to work within Australian business-hour schedule.
