Job summary

DMC Group of companies in the Philippines is seeking a capable Supervisor for the Graphic Artists team to oversee daily activities, assign projects, and ensure quality artwork.

You will coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Production, provide creative direction, monitor performance, and drive efficiency and on-time delivery.

• Supervise and manage the daily activities and workload of the Graphic Artists.
• Assign projects and distribute workloads based on employee skills, capacity, and project requirements.
• Review and approve artwork before submission or production.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure on-time completion of artwork.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Production, and other departments regarding project requirements.
• Provide creative direction, technical guidance, and feedback to Graphic Artists.
• Monitor team performance, productivity, attendance, and workload.
• Help improve the team's workflow, turnaround time, and overall efficiency.
