We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Artist / Photographer to support our real estate marketing initiatives through compelling visual content. The role involves designing marketing materials, capturing high-quality photos and videos of properties and company activities, and producing engaging visual assets for digital platforms and promotional campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing marketing collaterals for real estate projects, including digital advertisements, social media graphics, brochures, flyers, banners, and property listings.
• Develop creative layouts and visual content for online campaigns, sales promotions, and corporate communications.
• Ensure consistency with the company's branding guidelines across all marketing materials.
• Capture high-quality photographs of properties, model units, amenities, showrooms, and project developments.
• Conduct photo and video shoots during company events, sales activities, property launches, and promotional campaigns.
• Assist in creating short-form videos and reels for social media and other digital marketing platforms.
• Perform photo editing, color correction, image enhancement, and basic video editing to ensure professional output.
• Organize and maintain a digital library of photographs, videos, and other marketing assets.
• Ensure timely delivery of assigned designs and photography outputs according to campaign schedules.
• Stay updated on design trends, photography techniques, and social media content formats relevant to real estate marketing.
• Perform other related creative and marketing tasks as may be assigned.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Photography, Communication Arts, or a related field.
• Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Knowledge of photography, photo editing, and basic video editing.
• Familiarity with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent software is an advantage.
• Experience in property photography, real estate marketing, or commercial photography is an advantage.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to demonstrate strong visual composition and storytelling skills.
• Able to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and respond well to feedback.
• Willing to work on-site and travel to project sites, showrooms, and event venues when required.
• Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio and relevant skills are welcome to apply.
