Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc is seeking an HR Graphic Artist to design recruitment materials, internal communications, and employer branding assets. You will work with Marketing and Communications to ensure branding alignment and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, a strong portfolio, and proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, CapCut, and Canva.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–4 years of graphic design experience, preferably in corporate or agency settings.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in layout, typography, digital design, and branding.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design job postings, social media cards, and digital banners to attract quality candidates and strengthen employer branding.
• Create professional digital and print collaterals, including newsletters, email headers, infographics, and posters.
• Produce and edit multimedia content such as short-form videos, motion graphics, and animated presentations to support employee engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Communications teams to ensure all materials adhere to corporate brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
• Develop and maintain a centralized library of reusable design templates and stock assets.
• Manage multiple design requests simultaneously while ensuring quality, accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.

About you

• Experience using video editing and multimedia tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, and After Effects.
• Familiarity with Canva, Figma, and Microsoft PowerPoint for rapid design and presentation development.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple creative projects and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
