Job summary

Sands of Triboa Resorts and Spa Inc. is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing Manager in all activities and collaborate with the Marketing and Creative Manager on visuals aligned with branding.

The role involves developing marketing collateral such as brochures, catalogs, and digital layouts, and handling related multimedia materials. You will also be responsible for photography and videography for events, as well as creating presentation boards, invitations, and illustrations.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Marketing Manager in all Marketing activities.
• Develops various types of work with the Marketing and Creative Manager in conceptualizing visuals based on requirements.
• Studies design briefs and determine requirements
• Develop creative marketing communications collateral based on branding such as brochures, postcards, catalogs, digital layouts, and other creative content for advertisements, as well as other multimedia materials.
• Responsible for photography and videography needed for events and design.
• Design and produce presentation boards, PowerPoint presentations, brochures, promotional/collateral material, invitations, and illustrations.
• Assists the Marketing and Creative Manager in other Marketing tasks such as filing for printed collaterals and other Ad processes.
• Ensures proper safekeeping and improvement of Marketing Assets such as Google Drive, Website, and Socials
• Attends Marketing and Departmental events for photo and video coverage.
• Timely delivers creative collaterals and digital layouts and other multimedia materials.
• Performs other related works when the need arises.
