Consertus is seeking an Associate in Grants to manage the full lifecycle of grant programs, ensuring compliance with funding regulations and reporting requirements. You will collaborate with internal teams, grantees, and sub-grantees, handling documentation and proposals to support new opportunities.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and handling

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
• Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience handling confidential and proprietary information.
• Ability to coordinate meetings and functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor grant programs to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, funding regulations, and objectives.
• Review and evaluate contract documents for adherence to federal regulations and funding guidelines.
• Oversee full lifecycle planning of programs and projects with on-time execution and compliance.
• Provide training and guidance to grantees and sub-grantees on funding requirements and standards.
• Develop and maintain program progress reports with statistical analyses and presentations.
• Manage budgets and oversee fund allocation for proper grant resource use.
• Coordinate preparation and submission of grant proposals per funding rules.
• Maintain an internal grant calendar for timely applications, reports, and compliance.
