Job summary

Consertus, a global capital program management and advisory firm, is hiring a Junior Advisor in the Philippines. You will join a team delivering consulting services, supporting recommendations and optimization solutions for various projects, and assisting in process improvements and client engagements.

The role involves researching, documenting requirements, creating specifications, and building dashboards to improve visibility of business information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with process optimization, systems implementation, or consulting.
• Knowledge of Power BI or Power Apps is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of client relationships to understand needs and contribute to proposed solutions.
• Document and analyze business requirements through research, interviews, workshops, and discovery methods.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for developers and designers.
• Create process flow diagrams and document current and future-state processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to align on project goals and communication.
• Gather and organize data to build dashboards with visibility into key business information.
• Support user training, create user documentation, and provide post-implementation support.

About This Role

As a Junior Advisor, you will be part of a team delivering consulting services for the assigned projects and/or engagement team. You will support the development of recommendations and optimization solutions for clients, based on research activities, application of technology, and market trends. Areas of impact may include optimization of the organizational structure, processes, procedures, infrastructure, technology, software, finance, logistics, and operational effectiveness, depending on the specific needs of the project.
