Job summary

Edisons Group of Companies Inc. in Quezon City is seeking a proactive Sales & Quotation Coordinator to manage quotations, create sales orders, and oversee the initial sales process for grain processing.

You will support order fulfillment, coordinate procurement and inventory, assist with marketing and lead generation, respond to customer inquiries, and help drive sales targets. A bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years in related roles are required, with Monday–Friday on-site work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Agribusiness, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–2 years in sales, customer service, or technical/agricultural product sales.
• Basic knowledge of grain processing systems and quotation & sales order processing.
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Quotation Management: Preparing sales quotations, creating sales orders, and managing the initial sales process for grain processing.
• Order Fulfillment & Logistics: Overseeing the fulfillment and delivery processing of orders.
• Procurement & Inventory Coordination: Initiating purchase requisitions (PR), canvassing, and managing stock requests, particularly for items needed for sales orders.
• Marketing & Lead Generation Support: Monitoring PR activities, telemarketing, and following up on quotations.
• Customer Query Resolution: Sorts out all customer queries and gives timely response.
• Sales Program Coordination: Coordinates sales programs and assists in handling/managing them.
• Contribution to Sales Targets: Performs administrative and sales support duties related to the daily operations of the sales team.
