Overview

This position involves participation to our 24-month Young Resource Program. You will be exposed to rotational assignments across multiple business functions (Sales, Customer Service & Operations). The program offers diverse learning opportunities and career advancement.

Responsibilities

• To perform assigned tasks related to Sales, Operations and Customer Service in the 1st year in home location (Philippines)
• To perform assigned tasks under Commercial Functions (Trade, Business Dev’t, Marketing) in Head Office (Thailand & Singapore) in the 2nd year
• To gain knowledge of company policies, protocols and processes
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities

Qualifications

• Open exclusively to Fresh Graduates, and Professionals with less than 2 years work experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Shipping, Supply Chain & Logistics and International Commerce
• Knowledge of MS Office tools
• Has good academic standing (a student leader or active member of a specific group and engaged in team sports would be a PLUS)
• Amenable to work onsite at our Ayala Avenue, Makati Office
• Open to travel within or outside Philippines
• Open to be assigned outside the Philippines on a long-term basis
