Job Summary
We are launching our Management Trainee Program to develop the next generation of leaders across key areas of our business: Finance, HR and Administration, Supply Chain, and Sales and Marketing.
As a Management Trainee, you will undergo structured rotations and hands-on learning in different departments, gaining exposure to both operational and strategic functions. You will work directly with department heads, contribute to critical projects, and be groomed for leadership roles within the organization.
This role follows a hybrid work schedule, with most days spent onsite at our headquarters for stronger collaboration and learning, while enjoying the flexibility of remote work when appropriate.
