Lepanto Consolidated Mining Company is seeking a Messenger to transact with government agencies for permits and license renewals, and to ensure timely filing of documents. The role involves delivering and collecting company papers, handling banking transactions when needed, and maintaining confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or ALS/TESDA, 1–2 years in admin or government document processing, and a valid motorcycle license.

Qualifications

• At least a high school graduate or a graduate of the ALS or TESDA.
• 1–2 years of experience in administrative support, liaison, messenger, or legal/government document processing.
• Must have a valid driver's license and motorcycle driving experience.
• Established experience and connections with government agencies and offices are highly preferred.
• Familiar with government procedures, documentary requirements, and filing processes.
• Willing to work on a 2-month contract basis (Reliever).

Responsibilities

• Transact with and submit documents to government agencies and organizations for permits, license renewals, and related requirements.
• Ensure timely delivery, filing, and submission of documents with courts and government offices.
• Deliver and collect company documents, official receipts, permits, certifications, and other paperwork.
• Handle transactions with banks for payments and collections when required.
• Deliver and pick up documents, parcels, and items to designated locations safely and on time.
• Maintain strict confidentiality, integrity, and care when handling all materials and sensitive information.
• Perform other messenger, liaison, and administrative duties as assigned.
