Job description

Advertising Traffic Coordinator to support the day-to-day setup, trafficking, QA, and maintenance of digital advertising campaigns across our network of websites, video, CTV, and email inventory.

This is a coordinator-level role focused primarily on campaign execution within Google Ad Manager, with additional exposure to platforms such as LiveIntent and Publica. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, comfortable working in ad platforms, and interested in growing within digital ad operations. We help small and medium-sized businesses achieve their marketing goals through customized digital and traditional media solutions.

Responsibilities

• Traffic and maintain digital advertising campaigns in Google Ad Manager
• Support display, video, CTV, and email ad campaign setup across GAM, LiveIntent, and Publica
• Assist with VAST video tag setup, testing, and basic troubleshooting
• QA creative assets, click-through URLs, tracking pixels, targeting, flight dates, and delivery settings
• Monitor campaign pacing and delivery to help ensure campaigns run accurately and on schedule
• Make routine campaign adjustments based on direction from the Ad Operations team
• Pull basic reporting and assist with campaign performance updates
• Help troubleshoot creative, tag, delivery, and reporting issues
• Coordinate with internal teams to confirm campaign details, assets, launch timing, and needed updates
• Maintain accurate documentation of campaign setup, changes, and status updates
• Support house campaigns, direct campaigns, and other internal ad placements as needed
• Assist with post-launch QA and campaign cleanup after campaigns end

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in digital advertising, ad operations, campaign trafficking, or a related field preferred
• Experience with Google Ad Manager preferred
• Exposure to CTV, display, video, or email advertising is a plus
• Experience with LiveIntent, Publica, or similar platforms is a plus
• Prior campaign setup, trafficking, or post-launch QA experience is a plus
• Basic understanding of ad tags, VAST tags, creative specs, and click-through URLs
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and requests at the same time
• Comfortable working in spreadsheets and pulling basic reports
• Strong written communication skills
• Willingness to learn new platforms, tools, and ad operations processes
• Basic HTML knowledge or ability to learn is a plus

Preferred Skills

• Experience trafficking campaigns in GAM
• Familiarity with display banners, video pre-roll, CTV, and newsletter/email ad placements
• Ability to troubleshoot basic ad delivery or creative issues
