Job summary

Wing is on the exciting mission of redefining the future of work and is seeking a Google Ads Assistant to start immediately. You will help manage search and display campaigns, perform keyword research, and assist with ad copy updates.

The role requires strong English reading and writing, familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Sheets for basic tracking, and a reliable work setup for a fully remote schedule (8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST, 40 hours/week).

Qualifications

• Entry-level experience with Google Ads (search and display).
• Strong English reading comprehension to interpret campaign data.
• High-quality written English for ad copy and reporting.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Sheets for tracking.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assisting in managing and monitoring existing Google Ads campaigns (search and display).
• Cleaning up and restructuring inherited, underperforming campaigns to improve performance and ROI.
• Conducting keyword research and implementing ad copy updates.
• Tracking performance and doing basic reporting using Google Analytics and Google Sheets.

Qualifications

• High-level reading and comprehension in English to clearly understand campaign data and client instructions.
• High-quality written English since the VA will help write ad copy and do reporting.
