Job summary

ABC Company, Visakhapatnam, is seeking a Team Member for Gold Loan Audit. The role audits gold loan processes, assesses risk controls, and ensures compliance across branches and systems. You will work closely with the Audit team to strengthen controls and mitigate risks.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree, with 3–7 years of relevant experience, and willingness to travel for field audits. This position is part of ABCL’s audit function and requires strong analytical and reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree required.
• Experience in collections for mid-market/corporate is preferred.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail essential.
• Integrity and strong ethical standards expected.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills required.

Responsibilities

• Execute gold loan audits to identify credit, regulatory and operational risks.
• Conduct audits across branches, products and channels ensuring independent assurance.
• Review system controls in LMS and LOs to verify process controls.
• Ensure timely audit completion and proper documentation and reporting.
• Engage with stakeholders to discuss findings and recommendations.
• Lead or support peers in the gold loan audit team where needed.
