Role Overview

This position is responsible for implementing and optimizing distribution strategies of the Region to ensure that products reach the end consumer in the most efficient, cost-effective, and customer-focused manner.

Key Responsibilities

I. RTM Operations Execution

  • Execute Go-To-Market (GTM) Integrated Activity Plan and local pilot initiatives.
  • Ensure partner and wholesaler compliance with GTM standards and profitability KPIs.
  • Simulates & Build Insights on Partner PNL Data during business reviews
  • Determine WS/Partner Mix in the region and inform GTRM/GTMM of its impact on the saturation model.
  • Manage distributor activation, contract compliance, and partner sourcing.
  • Consults on GTM design and route planning with GTM HO.
  • Collaborates with GTMM on terms of Region RTM Initiatives – Partner Transitions, WS Upgrade, Consolidation or Disengagements.

II. Systems Implementation & Management

  • PACE. Serves as Level 1 support for frontline; Ensure SCL data accuracy by coordinating with the database admin support center
  • VXCEED. Serves as the Level 2 support (Level 1 = Digital BP) for partners
  • CMS. Ensures that all contracts are updated and uploaded in the system
  • SAP. Coordinates with Support Center on the MDM Process; Ensure set-up CommCon in the system (MDM for both standard and off-standard entries).

III. Network Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales to execute GTM strategies
  • Collaborate with support functions for GTM execution
  • Collect documents and requirements from Partner during engagements and disengagements
  • Route the partner contracts to all signatories
  • Trade validation to ensure a healthy RTM ecosystem
  • Participate in MBRs/ WORs/ Trainings

IV. Performs other Commercial-related tasks as may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications

  • Preferably a bachelor's degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Management, or any Business-Related programs
  • Relevant work experience in General Trade, Special Markets/Modern Trade, Key Accounts, an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledgeable in using of digital solutions
  • Work experience in the FMCG industry an advantage
  • Must have geographical knowledge
