N-able is seeking a GTM Enablement Specialist who supports partner-facing teams with day-to-day operations, decision-making process improvement, and program and product readiness planning & execution. Your role is to achieve this through resolving basic to advanced how-to inquiries, investigating inefficiencies to contribute to standardizing best practices, and leading in the planning and execution of GTM-related projects.

What You\'ll Do
  • Coordinates GTM Enablement programs, including campaign kickoffs, skills development, and product education, with minimal supervision.
  • Identify, report, and solve problems with support through process, automation, and systems improvement.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and other internal team stakeholders to create, customize, and deploy GTM Enablement assets, such as PowerPoint presentations, eLearning modules, assessments, surveys, job aids, and other enablement collateral with support.
  • Create, deploy, and manage program feedback and evaluations, including interviews, surveys, and assessments.
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) to streamline enablement content creation, automate repetitive tasks, and improve training delivery.
  • Create and maintain standard reports and dashboards to visualize insights to help shape strategy and identify process breakdowns.
  • Assist the team with ad-hoc communication sessions and enablement workshops for Sales, Customer Success and other GTM teams.
  • Interview and survey various teams within the Go-To-Market organization to understand frontline pain points for better prioritization.
What You\'ll Bring
  • Minimum three years of experience in a Training Manager, Operations Manager, Sales Enablement Manager, or similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with the capacity and ability to present findings both visually and verbally in a clear, concise manner.
  • Aptitude for rapid learning and application of new tools and systems, with proficiencies in software like M365 Office & Collaboration Tools, Program Management and Enablement Tools such as Asana, JIRA, Seismic or other relevant tools.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar technologies to enhance content creation, automation, and enablement delivery.
  • Ability to manage and progress multiple tasks in a high-velocity global setting, emphasizing timely delivery.
  • Demonstrated capability to work efficiently with various teams and business leaders.
  • Basic project management understanding and ability to manage competing priorities, coordinate deadlines, and accurately estimate time for work.
