Job summary

BSharp Technology Pty Ltd is seeking a Go High Level CRM Specialist to implement, customise, and optimise CRM systems that support client relationships, marketing automation, and sales workflows. Qualifications

2-3 years in CRM management or digital marketing with hands-on Go High-Level experience.

Responsibilities

Set up Go High-Level accounts, configure settings, and customise features for client requirements.
Develop automated workflows, pipelines, and nurturing sequences to streamline sales and marketing processes.
Create and manage email, SMS, and drip campaigns using Go High-Level automation features.
Integrate Go High-Level with third-party tools such as Zapier and Google Workspace, including API configuration.
Optimise lead capture forms, tracking, and segmentation to improve lead quality and conversion.
Build dashboards and reporting to monitor key metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
Provide ongoing troubleshooting and technical support for CRM-related issues.
Train clients, document best practices, and work closely with sales and marketing teams.
