Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensures conformity of operations with WI, GL, and HACCP plans.
• Oversees daily production activities and manpower supervision.
• Ensures product quality, food safety, and compliance with GMP standards.
• Prepares for and participates in internal and external audits.
