JPMorganChase is seeking a Workforce Screening Associate to support end-to-end screening activities, review cases, validate information, and apply policy and regulatory requirements. You will use data-driven analysis and sound judgment to make decisions and escalate when needed.

You will collaborate across teams to improve quality and efficiency, manage vendor relationships, and help safeguard assets and clients in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • 4 years of experience in banking or financial services.
  • Ability to evaluate options and make informed decisions aligned to policies, guidelines, and documented criteria.
  • Advanced analytical capability and experience using tools to improve accuracy and efficiency (including Microsoft Office and Alteryx).
  • Experience with third-party case initiation and end-to-end case management workflows, including vendor oversight and escalation criteria.
  • Ability to manage case workload against defined service level expectations and identify potential risks for escalation.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data-related issues with attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including clear documentation of decisions and rationale.

Responsibilities

  • Review complex screening cases and make decisions based on evidence, documented criteria, and applicable requirements
  • Analyze data to assess validity, completeness, and compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and guidelines
  • Maintain working knowledge of automated tools and workflows that support case processing and reporting
  • Support end-to-end screening lifecycle processes, including third-party screening vendor initiation and case management
  • Provide appropriate oversight of third-party vendors and identify when issues require escalation
  • Manage case workload to meet service level expectations and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Apply established methods, systems, and procedures to resolve issues and document outcomes clearly
  • Exercise sound judgment, act with integrity, and handle sensitive information responsibly
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements to reduce risk and rework
  • Contribute operational use cases and draft clear requirements to support technology enhancements
  • Learn and apply relevant regulations and standards related to workforce screening, including interpreting criminal history and credit-related information where applicable

Job summary
