EY- GDS – Consulting- People Consulting (PC), UKG/Kronos Manager role seeks to lead payroll and workforce management initiatives for global clients. You will oversee engagements, steer delivery across client projects, and mentor teams on UKG/Kronos and Dayforce WFM implementations.

The position involves collaborating with EY’s global practices, driving process improvements, and contributing to business development while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Eight to ten years of experience in workforce management and payroll consulting.
• Experience delivering global client projects in time and attendance, workforce transformation, and shared services advisory.

Responsabilités

• Manage and grow payroll consulting and workforce management services within the practice.
• Lead and facilitate client workshops, guide project teams, and support sales pursuits.
• Ensure quality delivery, manage project economics and risks, and expand client engagements.
