Job summary

American Express Travel & Concierge Experiences (TCE) in the Philippines seeks a driven travel concierge to provide world-class, high-volume support for Card Members. You will plan and book tailored itineraries, maximizing exclusive benefits and rewards while delivering exceptional service.

Role requires hospitality/ tourism awareness, strong communication, and flexibility to work nights and weekends in a hybrid setup at BGC, Taguig.

Qualifications

2+ years in contact center/BPO.
1+ year travel booking systems experience.
Knowledge of luxury travel products (airlines/hotels/cruise/tours).
Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
Ability to learn multiple digital tools including AI-enabled tech.
Geography knowledge of continents, countries and destinations.
Curious, adaptable, resilient with a positive learning attitude.
Willing to work nights, weekends, and a 24/7 roster.

Responsibilities

Provide world-class service in a high-volume inbound call center, advising Card Members on travel needs and personalized solutions.
Curate seamless travel experiences for Premium Card Members through planning and booking while identifying sales opportunities and maximizing Membership Rewards value.
Communicate new and existing product offerings and value propositions to Card Members.
Put Card Members first, delivering excellent service and outcomes critical to the American Express brand.
De-escalate situations for Card Members during unforeseen travel issues when needed.
