Job summary

Maximum Solutions Corporation in Manila is seeking a Trade Compliance Analyst to manage COO and tariff data, and support tariff classification activities.

You will collaborate with global teams, validate sourcing records, assist with data tracking and reporting, and participate in SAP S/4HANA initiatives. Experience with SAP and Excel is preferred, and knowledge of global trade regulations is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, or related field.
• Experience in trade compliance or tariff classification is a plus.
• Familiar with SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and data management skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of global trade regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update COO and tariff data in SAP.
• Support global trade compliance and tariff classification activities.
• Validate and maintain sourcing data and records.
• Prepare reports and assist with data tracking and analysis.
• Coordinate with global teams including Trade Compliance, Legal, and Supply Chain.
• Support process improvement and SAP S/4HANA implementation initiatives.
