Job summary

Maximum Solutions Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Trade Compliance Specialist to manage COO data and support global tariff classification across regions. You will perform manual data collection in SAP, prepare reports and dashboards for COO and tariff tracking, and collaborate with Trade & Compliance, Legal, and Supply Chain teams to ensure regulatory adherence.

Additionally, you will contribute input for future automation initiatives, including the S4 Hana implementation at Goods

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, or related field.
• Experience in tariff management, trade compliance, or global sourcing preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP systems and data management processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets manually.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of global trade regulations and tariff classification.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a multinational environment.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Country of Origin (COO) data for global sourcing activities.
• Support global tariff classification and compliance processes across multiple regions.
• Collaborate with Trade & Compliance, Legal, and Supply Chain teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Perform manual data collection and validation in SAP for COO and tariff-related information.
• Assist in preparing reports and dashboards for tariff and COO tracking.
• Provide input and support for future automation initiatives (S4 Hana implementation at Goods Receipt step).
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders globally.
