Accenture is seeking a Global Trade Compliance Counsel (Manager/CL7) to lead transactional trade compliance matters across Americas, EMEA, and APAC. You will develop and deliver training, policies, and guidance materials, reporting to the Senior Trade Compliance Counsel.

Formación

• 3–5+ years as a lawyer focused on trade compliance law
• Demonstrated knowledge of international trade controls and export regulatory systems
• Experience supporting compliance programs, including policies, training, audits, and contracts
• Fluent in English; strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with risk assessments and internal investigations

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deliver trade compliance training using approved content
• Draft and implement trade policies and internal controls
• Plan and draft trade compliance communications with internal stakeholders
• Conduct risk assessments and support program improvements with senior counsel
• Build trade compliance monitoring tools to mitigate risks
• Provide practical guidance on trade/export laws to the business and legal teams
• Coordinate with internal teams and outside counsel on compliance matters
• Manage internal audits and investigations related to trade/export law issues
