Job summary

You will administer compliance systems, monitor regulatory developments, support audits, and partner with regional stakeholders to standardize processes while ensuring accurate data and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–4 years of experience in trade compliance or related functions.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience with ERP systems, databases or business applications.
• High proficiency in Excel, Power BI and reporting tools.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor sanctions screening across SAP GTS and non-GTS platforms.
• Administer and maintain trade compliance systems, controls and records.
• Review, investigate and resolve screening exceptions and compliance issues.
• Monitor regulatory developments and support policy updates and communications.
• Develop and distribute global trade compliance KPIs, dashboards and management reports.
• Analyze compliance performance trends and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support audits, data collection, remediation efforts and corrective actions.
• Manage activities related to controlled products and regulated materials.
• Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to standardize processes and deliver training.
