Job summary

Citi’s Full Time Technology Analyst Program in the Philippines invites high-potential graduates to build a broad skillset across infrastructure and software domains. The two-year program starts in July with robust training and rotational experiences to discover the best fit for your talents within Citi's global technology teams.

You will rotate through Infrastructure Management and related teams, gaining exposure to Java, React, AI tools, data analytics, and enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

• Graduation between Dec 2026 and July 2027.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, MIS, or other tech-related degrees.
• GPA of 3.0 or better preferred.
• Proactive problem-solver who embraces innovation and uses Generative AI to solve business problems.
• Global outlook and ability to collaborate across cultures/time zones.
• Excellent communication, project management, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Able to pass technical interviews with basic algorithmic problems.
• Collaborative and adaptable, with agile experience.
• Work Authorization to work in the Philippines without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure components including data centers and server rooms.
• Ensure stability, availability, and performance of technology infrastructure.
• Manage capacity planning for computing and storage resources.
• Engage across teams to drive scalable, low-latency enterprise systems.
• Contribute to projects across Microservices, Front-End, Generative AI, and Data Analytics domains.
