Our team is looking for a Global Health and Safety Manager to support Moog's Baguio Commercial Aircraft and Industrial Group operations. You will report to the Baguio Commercial Aircraft Site General Manager with a dotted line to Operating Group EHS Director.

Minimum Qualifications

• Typically, a bachelor's degree in health & safety, environmental, engineering, physical sciences, or relevant area.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in EHS supporting multiple sites, preferably with international experience.
• EHS audit experience
• Experience with EHS management systems, incident analysis, KPI tracking, etc.
• Experience implementing health and safety programs such as LOTO, confined space, PPE, respiratory protection, etc.
• Experience coaching and influencing teams on technical topics and providing actionable guidance.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate site performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Partner with site EHS staff to customize resources and implement programs.
• Review procedures, develop training, and communicate strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage permits.
• Support technical aspects of equipment and program implementation.
• Manage EHS regulations compliance, audits, and emergency planning.
• Lead major projects related to site development and safety.

As a Global Support EHS Manager

• Provide strategic suggestions and participate in audits.
• Support group-wide EHS initiatives and travel as needed.
