Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualified with 4 years post-qualification audit experience.
• Experience with large Irish and multinational clients.
• Experience in a top 10 professional services firm.
• Strong IFRS and Irish GAAP knowledge; US GAAP awareness is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise.
• Proficiency in electronic audit software and documentation tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple audit engagements for multinational clients
• Perform and review complex audit areas, ensuring compliance with relevant standards
• Coordinate with member firms across the globe to deliver consistent and efficient global audits
• Liaise with clients throughout the audit cycle—from planning to completion
• Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing on-the-job training and feedback
• Prepare and review technical audit documentation, ensuring quality and clarity
• Identify areas for process improvement and support implementation of best practices
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and colleagues
• Assist in the development of proposals and presentations for prospective clients

Skills and Experience

• ACA/ACCA qualified, with 4 years’ post-qualification experience in audit
• Audit experience with large Irish companies or international/multinational entities
• Experience in a top 10 professional services firm
