Job summary

Teradyne in the Philippines is seeking a Production Material Planner to oversee global service materials distribution, ensure timely delivery, and align repair capacity. You will work with diverse teams to optimize supply lines and respond to inquiries with accurate updates.

The role requires a BS in Industrial Engineering or Statistics, 2–3 years of planning experience, strong MS Excel/Access skills, and solid English communication.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Industrial Engr or BS Statistics.
• 2–3 years planning experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Access.
• Must speak, read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global distribution of service materials for Teradyne's Install Bases at different customers.
• Ensure stocks are in the right local stocking centers and on-time delivery goals are met.
• Review and analyze volume forecasts and the service materials requirements; execute necessary purchases including Last Time Buys.
• Repair scheduling and capacity alignment with Repair.
• Address customer inquiries through PartsOrder and provide on-time feedback and updates.
• Provide RCCA on late shipments and incident management case updating.
• Work closely with Operations and other worldwide cross-functional teams on related matters.
