• Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT/Copilot/You.com.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall flow of service materials worldwide for Teradyne customers.
• Review spares requirements monthly and execute on-time purchases.
• Forecast demand and inventory to meet SLA.
• Review weekly repair schedule and align capacity with operations.
• Provide RCCA reports on delivery issues.
• Respond to customer inquiries with timely updates and escalation as needed.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and innovative projects.
