Job summary

You will collaborate with Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, and regional teams to improve spare parts fulfillment and drive process improvements across planning and reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial or Electronics Engineering, Statistics, Logistics, Inventory Management, or related field preferred.
• 2-3 years Material Planning experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel and data analysis.
• Power BI and AI tools knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall flow of service materials worldwide to meet delivery targets.
• Create, monitor, and follow up on replenishment between central and local stocking centers.
• Perform Demand Forecasting & Analysis using historical consumption and service trends.
• Provide RCCA reports on delivery issues and related problems.
• Address customer inquiries via internal channels and provide timely updates and escalation when needed.
• Identify shortages, excess inventory, and planning risks and offer clear recommendations.
• Collaborate with Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, SalesSupport, regional warehouses and others to improve spare parts fulfillment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in planning, reporting, and global spare parts management.
