Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. is seeking a Scrum Master for the D&T Global SAP S/4HANA Program Management to drive SAP S/4HANA initiatives and govern program delivery.

The role collaborates with operations, enterprise and shopfloor to define, deliver, and support digital transformation solutions. Ideal candidates have 5–8 years of experience in SAP and program management, with strong knowledge of SAP modules, Azure DevOps, and regulatory compliance (SOX, FDA GMP).

Qualifications

• Deep SAP expertise across SAP ERP (SD, MM, PP, FI), SAP APO, SAP BW, SAP HANA, SAP Personas/Fiori, and SAP Mobility.
• Proven program management experience for SAP S/4HANA with governance and QA solutions.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps for planning, execution, and artifacts; cloud solutions on Azure.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA initiatives driving digital transformation.
• Collaborate with operations and critical functions to define needs.
• Define DT requirements and best practices to enhance processes.
• Oversee global team of 30-50 SAP S/4HANA architects and QA experts.
• Ensure QA across SAP and non-SAP systems with high performance culture.
• Partner with Application and Infra teams to deliver results.
• Synchronize SAP solutions with operational processes.
• Engage stakeholders to implement QA transformations and data governance.
• Drive continuous process improvements to reduce lead times.
• Support SAP processes management and regulatory compliance (SOX, FDA GMP).
• Oversee data security for formulation information.
• Develop team through training and mentorship.
