Job summary

Coins.ph, the pioneer crypto brand in the Philippines, is seeking a Sales Operations professional to support the Chief of Staff and Head of Global Sales. You will monitor performance, build dashboards, analyze trends, and collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and internal teams to streamline sales processes and drive efficiency.

The role emphasizes data quality, AI-enabled tooling adoption, and scalable improvements as Coins.ph expands beyond APAC.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales operations, commercial operations, business operations, analytics, or a similar role.
• Strong spreadsheet, dashboarding, and analytical ability; comfortable working with performance metrics.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with follow-through.
• Comfortable coordinating across distributed teams and multiple functions.
• Interest in AI-enabled workflows and willingness to use AI tools for automation and insight generation.
• Experience in fintech, payments, crypto, e-commerce, or high-growth technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor sales associate performance, transactions, pipeline activity, and operational bottlenecks.
• Build and maintain accurate dashboards and recurring performance reports.
• Analyze sales trends and identify reasons for underperformance or process gaps.
• Track adoption and effectiveness of internal sales tools, including AI-enabled tools.
• Partner with the Sales AI team on data quality, handoffs, reporting needs, and tool improvements.
• Coordinate sales trainings, meetings, follow-ups, and operational communications.
• Manage sales-related follow-ups with Legal, Compliance, and other internal stakeholders.
• Maintain organized records, action trackers, and status updates across initiatives.
• Support broader commercial and strategic projects led by the Chief of Staff.
