Job summary

Snappr is seeking an Outbound Sales Representative to support customers in Canada. You will conduct outbound calls, schedule shoots, answer process questions, and coordinate with photographers to fulfill client needs.

Candidates should have English fluency, be willing to report 100% onsite in Ortigas, and bring about 1 year of call center experience selling to US/Canada/Australia clients. A competitive salary package is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to conduct outbound calls to prospective clients
• Strong customer influencing ability and rapport-building skills
• Excellent phone manner and professional email etiquette
• Fluency in written and spoken English required
• French language ability is a plus for role in Canada/Global teams

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up with leads
• Book photoshoots for customers in the US and Australia to expand market presence
• Answer questions about the photoshoot process and resolve scheduling issues
• Work with photographers to consult clients on the best way to execute their needs
• Be a key player in the in-house B2B sales team
• Hustle and take ownership of Snappr's growth to achieve targets
