Job summary

Nacre Capital is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Operations & Logistics Specialist to manage international shipments, inventory levels, and cost controls for our manufacturing operations.

You will own end-to-end processes, coordinate with freight forwarders and customs when needed, and maintain accurate documentation while collaborating across time zones.

This is a full-time remote role requiring strong English communication and proactive ownership.

Qualifications

• Task ownership and accountability with a proactive mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong familiarity with remote collaboration tools and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Shipment Coordination: organize, schedule, and track international shipments.
• Customs Clearance: prepare shipping docs and understand EU procedures is a plus.
• Inventory Tracking: monitor stock levels and maintain records.
• Carrier Communication: liaise with freight forwarders and customs agents.
