Job summary

Deutsche Bank in Manila seeks an Associate to lead our Regulatory Reporting team. You will oversee daily operations, allocate workloads, and guide junior analysts to ensure accurate, timely regulatory submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Math, Finance, Economics, Accountancy, Business Administration or its equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to confidently interact with a diverse set of stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is needed.
• Knowledge of local regulatory environment and regulatory reporting function is ideal.
• Knowledge and exposure to AI tools and LLMs.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Management: Oversee daily operations, workload allocation, and performance management of team members.
• Regulatory Reporting Execution: Manage end-to-end preparation, validation, and submission of assigned regulatory reports.
• Process Enhancement & Control: Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiency gains within the reporting lifecycle; ensure robust controls.
• Regulatory Interpretation & Change Management: Stay abreast of evolving regulatory requirements and assess impact on reporting; support implementation projects.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as primary point of contact for internal and external queries; build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the bank.
