• CPA qualification required; additional certifications are a plus.
• Extensive experience in statutory compliance and R2R in a multinational/shared services environment.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for Statutory Compliance and R2R within the GSC.
• Oversee statutory filings, audits, GL close, balance sheet integrity, and payroll accounting.
• Ensure internal controls, audit readiness and risk mitigation across R2R and Statutory activities.
• Coordinate with external auditors, regulators, Group Tax, and in-country finance teams.
• Lead and develop Finance Directors and Managers; drive change through automation and global migrations.
