You will analyze requirements, define internal quotation guidelines, and coordinate with account managers, countries and product teams to deliver accurate pricing. The role focuses on timely, competitive submissions, supports new pricing processes, and assists in customer meetings and negotiations.

Qualifications

• University/Bachelor’s in international logistics or freight forwarding with 3 years experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in sea and air freight pricing, RFQ/RFP management, quotations.
• Fluent in English; other languages beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand quotation requests from customers.
• Validate quotation requests against contract rates.
• Translate requirements into internal guidelines and coordinate pricing with stakeholders.
• Ensure timely, complete, and competitive submissions.
• Monitor quotation status with customers.
• Support pricing processes and compliance guidelines.
• Collaborate with branch operations after quotation award to start booking.
