Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Project Program Management Senior Specialist Advisor to join our team in Quezon City. The role involves leading global programs, defining value propositions, and managing complex portfolios with cross-functional teams.

You will monitor performance, conduct PM reviews, and support PM Help Desk while leveraging international project experience and PMP/Prince2 certification.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in Banking/Healthcare/Insurance.
• Minimum 3–5 years in Projected Program Management.
• Experience handling international (Multi Geo) projects.
• Certification in Prince2 or PMP mandatory.
• Exceptional ability to identify and quantify corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Define program value proposition, work plan, resources, timelines and budgets for global programs.
• Lead and manage large, globally dispersed project teams.
• Monitor project performance using the project reporting system.
• Conduct PM metrics and practices reviews.
• Facilitate peer project reviews and management project reviews.
• Support PM Help Desk and project controls.
