Job summary

World Vision is seeking a Project Coordinator based in Davao (fixed term until September 2028) to provide leadership and ensure rigorous technical and operational coordination of the LIFE Project.

The role emphasizes DMEAL, data management, learning systems, multi-faith engagement, and capacity building across ten Area Programs, with strong emphasis on partnership and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social sciences, Development Management, Public Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree in development management, Public Administration, or related discipline is an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive project management experience in international development.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end project management across multiple area programs and ensure activities, outputs, and outcomes stay on time and within budget.
• Lead cross-functional teams and supervise project staff to maintain high-fidelity implementation.
• Oversee budgets, procurement, and financial reporting in coordination with Finance and Supply Chain Management.
• Facilitate multi-faith partnerships with churches, FBOs, and local government units to ensure program continuity.
• Direct the establishment of learning and evaluation systems, including baseline, midline, endline, and related research.
• Lead routine monitoring, digital beneficiary tracking, and adaptive management activities.
