World Vision International (New) is seeking a Project Coordinator based in Davao until September 2028. You will provide strategic project leadership across diverse areas, ensuring rigorous implementation aligned with the TOC and LIFE project design.

Strong DMEAL capacity and learning systems will drive data-driven decisions. You will lead multi-faith engagement, capacity-building, and adaptive management across Mindanao regions, working with local partners and government units to safeguard

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Solid technical foundation in DMEAL, including logic models, TOC, and data analysis.
• Strong capacity to build partnerships across diverse religious and community leadership.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive project management experience in international development.

Responsabilidades

• Provide end-to-end project leadership and manage activities within budget and timeline.
• Coordinate with WVUS F&D and partners; ensure high fidelity to TOC and program design.
• Lead data management, routine monitoring, and learning activities including baseline/endline studies.
• Foster interfaith partnerships and networks; oversee capacity-building and learning workflows.
