Job summary

ING seeks an Expert PPSS Intelligence Tactical/Operational to help protect our people, assets, and operations worldwide. You will identify, assess, and communicate threats across geopolitical, ideological, criminal, and regional security domains and transform intelligence into actionable recommendations to support risk mitigation, operational planning, crisis preparedness, and decision-making.

This role blends strategic thinking with operational execution within a global team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in security management, preferably within financial services or another highly regulated industry
• Strong knowledge of intelligence, threat assessment, and risk analysis
• Experience with personal and physical safety and security programs
• Understanding of security-related regulatory and compliance requirements
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear recommendations
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities
• Sound judgment and proactive problem-solving skills
• Experience operating effectively in complex, multicultural environments
• The ability to prioritize and drive results in fast-paced situations
• Willingness to participate in on-call security response activities when required
• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related discipline
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
