Job summary

BHP Group Manila is seeking a Specialist GBS Planning and Scheduling to develop and monitor schedules, baselines, and progress to support on-time delivery of project objectives in a multinational environment.

You will coordinate with stakeholders, review contractor schedules, and prepare schedule range analyses, monthly updates, and program dashboards. This role requires Primavera P6 proficiency and advanced Excel.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent business experience.
• Experience in planning and scheduling in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and advanced Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and monitors schedules and baselines to influence on-time delivery.
• Reviews contractor schedules and provides constructive feedback.
• Coordinates with stakeholders to manage expectations and communication.
• Prepares schedule range analyses and participates in risk workshops.
• Generates monthly progress curves and program dashboards.
