Job summary

ProPharma in Makati, Philippines seeks a Pharmacovigilance Case Processor to manage daily adverse event cases, code using MedDRA, and assess seriousness and expectedness of events. The role includes creating narratives, client notifications, and contributing to training materials.

The ideal candidate has a life sciences degree with at least two years of related experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and within a team. A hybrid work model is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences is required.
• Advanced degree (RN/RPh/PharmD) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily case processing of adverse event cases (clinical trial and/or post marketed).
• Code events using MedDRA and determine seriousness and expectedness.
• Create and review case narratives.
• Provide client notifications as required.
• Support development of training materials and training delivery.
• Peer reviews for quality, consistency, and accuracy.
