Qualifications

• Graduates in Accounting/Finance/HR/Operations with MBA preferred.
• 8–10 years’ experience in global payroll implementation and project management.
• PMP/PRINCE-2 certs are a plus.
• Knowledge of AI tools, automation, or data-driven payroll enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Lead global payroll implementation projects across regions and countries.
• Manage end-to-end payroll implementation lifecycle (planning, discovery, design, config, testing, go-live).
• Provide governance and executive reporting for stakeholders.
• Mentor junior resources and drive internal trainings.
