EY GLOBAL DELIVERY SERVICES (GDS) PHILIPPINES is seeking an experienced Payroll Implementation Project Manager to lead global payroll deployment across multiple regions. You will manage end-to-end project lifecycles, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and ensure on-time delivery with compliant processes.

The role requires 8–10 years in global payroll implementations, strong project management skills, and familiarity with AI-driven payroll enhancements.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Post Graduate in Accounting/ Finance/ HR/ Administration/ Operations; MBA preferred.
• 8–10 years’ experience in global payroll implementation & project management across multi-country projects.
• Certifications like PMP/PRINCE2 are a plus.
• Knowledge of AI tools, automation, or data-driven payroll enhancements.
• Willingness to adapt responsibilities to evolving business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead global payroll implementation projects across regions and countries.
• Execute global payroll implementations in a multi-country environment.
• Manage end-to-end payroll implementation lifecycle from planning to stabilization.
• Create and track detailed project plans; coordinate with clients and internal teams.
• Govern project status, risks, and communications for senior management.
• Develop documents like charters, RACIs, risk management and change plans.
• Mentor junior resources and conduct internal trainings.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders and drive steering committee updates.
