General Motors seeks a Fulfillment Center Business Services Senior Analyst in the Philippines. The role supports data, reporting, and process improvement across GM’s fulfillment center network with a focus on accuracy and scalability.

Work Arrangement: This role is categorized as hybrid on NIGHT SHIFT 8pm to 5am PH time, with flexibility to adjust shifts when required. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the office three times per week (or other frequency) as dictated by the business or when there are meaningful engagements such as trainings, townhalls and executive visit
The Fulfillment Center (FC) Business Services Senior Analyst supports the team in establishing GM’s fulfillment center network for scalable operations. The role involves implementing and validating business and system processes, as well as continuously evaluating redundant efforts to streamline operations. The Senior Analyst manages all data-related activities, including reporting, data analysis, and ensuring the accuracy of incoming data. Prioritize activities across multiple competing interests and serve as the subject matter expert on GM policies, processes, and procedures.
