Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years in a control function within financial services.
Experience with hedge funds, investment banks, or asset management.
Knowledge of macro products: FX, FX options, equities CFDs, ETDs, fixed income, OTC derivatives.
Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, highly organized.
Excellent communication and cross-region collaboration.
Willingness to work UK market hours.
Ethics and integrity at the highest level.

Responsibilities

Be a key member of global Operations, supporting the PM & Execution desk teams.
Perform daily Operations activities for UK market hours, coordinating with global stakeholders.
Support trade lifecycle across products & markets.
Ensure accurate execution of trade confirmation, clearing, settlement, reconciliation, and break resolution.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement improvements.
Assist in generation of daily P&L for portfolio managers and the firm in aggregate.
Expand knowledge of products and technology within Operations.
