Job summary

Silimed, a global silicone implant manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Medical Affairs leader to steer global scientific initiatives, partnerships with KOLs, and evidence-generation programs across regions. You will provide medical leadership throughout the product lifecycle, review claims, and ensure regulatory alignment while collaborating with Regulatory, Quality, Marketing, and Clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related healthcare field.
• PhD or Master’s in healthcare is mandatory if no breast implant experience.

Responsibilities

• Support development of global Medical Affairs strategies and scientific initiatives.
• Establish and maintain scientific partnerships with KOLs and investigators.
• Lead scientific exchange with external experts and communicate clinical data.
• Identify evidence gaps and support IIS, RWE, and publications.
• Provide medical leadership across the product lifecycle and lifecycle management.
• Review scientific and promotional claims for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Regulatory, Quality, Marketing and Commercial teams.
