Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience as a Market Analyst is highly desirable but not required.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (MS-Office Tools and BI-Tools).
• Ability to communicate and present to management in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Identify evolving market data needs and develop actionable recommendations.
• Lead the annual Global Dental Market (GDM) Project and oversee data delivery.
• Improve analysis and reporting processes, including automation.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret global market data and translate findings into strategic recommendations.
• Support corporate, product, and regional strategic initiatives with market intelligence.
• Collaborate with external market research partners on data collection and reporting.
• Prepare financial models, opportunity assessments, and market reports for decision-making.
• Develop strategic marketing KPIs including gap, SWOT, and portfolio analyses.
• Monitor competitor activity, including benchmarks and M&A developments.
• Manage and enhance internal data platforms and reporting tools (Mafo, SharePoint Online, SAC).
